Over the years, I have developed a strong and lasting involvement in animated films and series, working closely with directors and production studios on long-term projects.
I have become a long-standing collab orator and in-house composer for Doncvoilà Productions, a studio known for its animated films and television series.

Doncvoilà Productions
This long-term collaboration has allowed me to explore a wide range of musical languages — from pastiche and orchestral writing to pop, electronic and minimalist music — always in response to the narrative needs of each project.
La Petite Mort
Animated Series adapted from the graphic novel by Davy Mourier

La Petite Mort is a dark and absurd animated series for which I developed an evolving musical language over four seasons. The series follows a character destined to take over the family business – harvesting souls – but who secretly longs for another life. The music accompanies his disillusionments, impulses and contradictions, in constant dialogue with the image. For seasons 2 and 3, the score explored a wide stylistic range:
- an opening theme inspired by 1980s TV series
- cinematic orchestral music
- neo-classical piano pieces
- indie-pop and goth-punk tracks
Season 4 introduced a new narrative challenge: each character follows an individual story arc. I composed a dedicated melodic theme for each of them.

Parade
Animated Short Film directed by Pierre-Emmanuel Lyet
Parade was my first commissioned collaboration with director Pierre-Emmanuel Lyet. Produced as a graduation film at ENSAD, the project involved creating a musical and narrative pastiche of Gone with the Wind, including dialogue and score.
A demanding and playful exercise, combining humor, cinematic references and musical storytelling.

La Boîte Noire
Animated Short Film directed by Joris Clerté

Set against the backdrop of the Paris Commune, La Boîte Noire explores themes of memory, heritage, political ideals and social struggle. Co-composed with director Joris Clerté, the orchestral score was conceived as an emotional framework for the film, freely inspired by the work of Bernard Herrmann. Here, the music functions as an underlying memory, supporting the dramatic and historical tension of the narrative.
